Vidya Sethu grew up in Singapore and always felt a pull to melodies, singing all the time, even before the age of three. Her passion for music led her to take vocal lessons, perform in choir and start her first band in high school. Initially attending Yale University, Sethu was miserable and decided to switch paths, leaving the east coast for California where she began auditing classes at Musicians
Institute and then enrolled to pursue her passion for music. In May of 2014, Sethu connected with Marc
Thomas through a Craigslist ad to form a band and the two clicked immediately with a mutual love for electronic pop. Citing influences in acts like Sia,
Phantogram and Holychild, Heiress to
Atlas craft pop gems with undeniable beats and rhythm. With a shared artistic vision and common interests, the pair has worked relentlessly, and in less than six months, wrote and produced their upcoming EP, Spark.
