LINE MUSIC is the Japanese on-demand music subscription service from LINE, the global messenger service boasting 211 million active monthly users in 230 countries. With full integration into the LINE messenger application, users can effortlessly send music and playlists to friends and groups in chat screens, or share music via their timelines. LINE MUSIC is available on iOS, Android and web, gaining 4 million active users since its launch in June.
The partnership provides LINE with access to Omnifone's global music licensing expertise and end-to-end content services. LINE MUSIC hopes to provide a wider range of western and European artists to its users.
