Noisey Premieres Full Stream Of Bad Luck's New Album "Noise In Your Head"
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Noisey premiered the full album stream of Bad Luck's lastest effort, "Noise In Your Head (NIYH)" today. The October 12th release is the band's follow up to their Tragic Hero Records debut "Cold Bones". NIYH features the latest single, "I'm A Lion, You're Dead". Bad Luck is excited to hit the road with Hotel Books on the "Run Wild, Young Beauty" tour which kicks off on Oct. 12 in Anaheim, CA and wraps up on Nov. 11th in Columbus, OH. The album is available now including limited edition cassette tapes of the album and the single "Last Bus (Change)" at: https://www.merchbucket.com/category/BDLK.html
As Noisey writer John Hill put it "get familiar with Bad Luck before you get left behind."

About Bad Luck:
The angst soaked sounds of Bad Luck invoke a nostalgic feeling for a time when all that mattered was the moment at hand. Taking you back to the glory days of adolescence with gritty guitars and brutally honest lines like, "So love me, please just love me like you once did." Their auspicious beginning was in 2006, hailing from Daytona Beach, Florida. Former guitarist/vocalist Evan Blaine was recording bands in his home studio when he met Dom Fox who came in to lay down some vocal tracks for a hardcore band that he was in at the time. They quickly realized that the two of them had a lot in common and both had a love for writing contagious punk songs. Fox's brother Joe Fox on bass and Jake Kneer on drums round out the group.
Bad Luck's music marries energetic and infectious pop with straightforward lyrics often told from a jaded point of view. "Nobody wants me back home. Nobody loves me at all. I will be dying alone," croons Fox on the opening track of the band's release, Cold Bones. They take influences from bands like Rancid, Nirvana, and Alkaline Trio, however most will find their sound is closer akin to that of newer rock bands like I Am the Avalanche.
The most interesting aspect of Bad Luck's music is their use of "dueling vocals," where Fox and Blaine play off each other in a way that is reminiscent of classic Taking Back Sunday songs.
After sharing the stage with influential bands from the pop punk music scene (including Transit, Mixtapes, Real Friends) and releasing their first two EPs The Things That Get You Down and Cold Bones, Bad Luck grabbed the attention of Tragic Hero Records.
After seeing a live video of the band's engaging performance, the label saw the outpour of support that their fans had and knew this group was something special. The band was offered a deal and made plans to start recording their debut full-length with Brett Romnes (drummer for I Am the Avalanche) producing and the legendary Jim Wirt (Incubus, Hoobastank, Something Corporate) engineering. "We're all really excited and thankful for the opportunity to be a part of the label," says drummer Jake Kneer. "We can't wait to move forward".
2015 brought significant changes for the band. With Blaine's departure from the band, Steven Rodriguez joined the group who makes his debut with the band on their latest release, "Noise In Your Head". The band also signed with the APA agency and has high hopes for what the future will bring.
Big things are on the horizon for this bratty pack that has a lot of passion and even more to say.
