NEW YORK (Roc-A-Fella) - We've been getting some emails and messages from fans who have been confused about tickets purchased through www.rocafella.com for upcoming Jay-Z concerts. See below a message from Concertmaps regarding ticketing refunds and cancellations.

Jay-Z and Friends will be performing in Anaheim (11/23) and Los Angeles (11/24). If you ordered tickets through rocafella.com, your tickets were shipped and you you will get them in the next day.

The shows in Indianapolis, Oakland, Sacramento, Las Vegas and Glendale have been cancelled. If you ordered tickets via www.rocafella.com then your refund will automatically be credited back to your card in the next two weeks.

If you were granted a refund for a past show starting October 30th then your credit will be processed in two weeks.
