New York, NY (Top40 Charts) The GRAMMY Foundation - one of the two affiliated charities of The Recording Academy - reelected Chair Tim Bucher, Silicon Valley entrepreneur and CEO of Lyve Minds Inc.; Vice Chair Geoff Cottrill, chief marketing officer of Converse; Secretary/Treasurer Rachna Bhasin, senior vice president of corporate strategy and business development at SiriusXM; and Chair Emeritus Rusty Rueff, venture startup investor and advisor.
The GRAMMY Foundation announced that its Board elected Michal Katz as a new member. Katz is a co-head of the Technology Investment Banking Group at RBC. She advises leading technology companies on diverse financing and strategic advisory transactions including equity and debt financings, leveraged buyouts and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, she engages with leading private equity and venture capital firms. In addition, producer/engineer/songwriter John Poppo was recently elected as Chair of the Board of Trustees of The Recording Academy and he also joins the GRAMMY Foundation Board.
