Joe Bonamassa Tour To Kick Off Tonight
SOUTH WINDSOR, CT. (Top40 Charts) Tonight, blues musician Joe Bonamassa is kicking off his highly anticipated Three Kings Tour at the Susquehanna Bank Center in Camden, NJ. The string of shows will be Bonamassa's first-ever amphitheater tour and will stop at 15 venues across the country before wrapping up on August 29 at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles, CA. The final show will be filmed for release on DVD and Blu-Ray, giving his fans the opportunity to watch and hear his performance from the comfort of their homes.

Similar to his concert in tribute to blues legends Muddy Waters and Howlin' Wolf, which took place last September at the Red Rocks Amphitheater, this tour will also be a tribute. This time around, Bonamassa will be performing music honoring the late Albert, Freddie, and B.B. King.

Joe Bonamassa has had ties to blues pioneer B.B. King since he was 12. In 1989, Bonamassa toured with B.B. King, serving as his opening act for approximately 20 shows. "With B.B. King's passing in May, this tour is sure to have an extra special meaning to Bonamassa," says Jordan Wells, Concert Specialist. "The tour should also be meaningful for B.B. King fans who wish to hear his music live, once again."
