Matt Jaffe Embarks On First National Tour September 8th

New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Matt Jaffe put together a band, recorded over 50 demos, and released a five-song EP ('Blast Off') all before turning 20. This fall, his musical journey continues with his first national tour. Jaffe will play 23 shows (supporting Blues Traveler) kicking-offSeptember 8th in Boston. Full dates below.

With his band The Distractions (drummer Alex Coltharp, bassist Sammie Fischer, and guitarist Alex Newell), Jaffe will share his "perfected modern take on rockabilly" (Diffuser.FM) when he performs songs off his "high-velocity" (SF Chron) 'Blast Off' EP, which has garnered praise from Entertainment Weekly, Paper Magazine, MySpace, Boing Boing, BlackBook and more.
