NEW YORK (Columbia Records/ www.tiffanyevans.com) - Tiffany Evans, "Star Search" Grand Champion and Sony Urban Music/Columbia Records artist, has been invited to perform the National Anthem at the Dallas Cowboys vs. the Chicago Bears Thanksgiving Day football game.
The Cowboys-Bears game will be broadcast on the FOX television network beginning at 3:30pm on November 25.
The high-profile Thanksgiving game is a landmark event for the 12-year-old Bronx-born singing sensation, whose eagerly-awaited self-titled debut album is slated for release in February 2005.

Tiffany Evans is produced by the Grammy Award-winning Narada Michael Walden, who's worked with Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, Regina Belle, Natalie Cole, Mariah Carey, and other legendary R&B and soul singers.

On her debut, Tiffany re-imagines pop classics like Cyndi Lauper's "True Colors" and R&B hits like the CD's first single, "Let Me Be Your Angel," originally a smash hit in 1980 for the then-13-year-old Stacy Lattisaw. Tiffany injects tracks like Jennifer Holiday's signature tune, "And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going," and Shanice's (another "Star Search" winner) 1991 No 1 Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Single, "I Love Your Smile," featuring Motown legend Stevie Wonder providing his signature harmonica sound, with a new vitality and contemporary spin.

Rounding out Tiffany Evans are the artist's show-stopping performances of "Tomorrow" (from the musical, "Annie") and Narada Michael Walden's "Sing" as well as a high-spirited take on the Jackson 5's classic, "I Want You Back," and a soulful reading of Mel Torme's hearthside holiday perennial, "The Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting On An Open Fire)."

At the age of 10, Tiffany Evans - who counts Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, and Gladys Knight among her influences - won the Grand Prize in the junior singer division on the CBS network prime time talent competition, "Star Search," becoming the only junior singer in the show's history to receive perfect five scores on her three appearances.

Tiffany's Columbia Records labelmates, Destiny's Child, will perform during the 2004 National Kettle Kick Off, a special live half-time performance during the Cowboys' Thanksgiving Day game which officially launches The Salvation Army Red Kettle fundraising campaign.
