Only On Tuesdays Break Free With Affectionate And Encouraging Video
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Pop-folk band, Only On Tuesdays just released the music video for their latest single, "Break Free." Tackling the concepts of body dysmorphia, feelings of depression, and low self-worth, the video delivers a beautiful and empowering message of support to all that have questioned their own personal value. "Break Free" is available now on iTunes with the video streaming on YouTube.

Following the release of their last two singles, "Fall" and "Darling Dearest", "Break Free" showcases Autumn Skibinski's resonating breathy vocals and Tracy Lambertucci's impressive guitar work. The music video features the band performing on a rooftop in Los Angeles, which at first appears to be a performance without audience. As the video progresses, a woman, who has been struggling with her body image, discovers the band is performing in her honor, encouraging her to break free. It is then that she sheds her fears and dances in liberation. The video celebrates rising above crippling self-doubt and breaking free of personal inhibitions. "Break Free" captivates listeners instantly with the addicting hook, "let me break free, and fly away from here." This perfectly encapsulates the central theme of the song itself, which was written by lead singer, Skibinski, to both motivate herself as well as fans. Describing this song as a therapeutic outlet, Skibinksi commented, "I was constantly convinced that nothing I did was good enough. It took a lot of work, but I finally reached a point where I felt stronger than my depression. 'Break Free' was the first song I wrote when I moved to Los Angeles and is still one of the most meaningful to me." Director Adam Newacheck filmed the video at LAC Studios and features lead actress and dancer, Adele Heather Taylor.

"Break Free", recorded by Grammy nominated producer Bruce Witkins, continues the theme of love, encouragement, and support that grabbed fans with Only On Tuesdays' previous two singles. These concepts are key in understanding the band's artistic perspective as Autumn Skibinski has always aligned her musical endeavors with humanitarian causes such as Invisible Children and Love146. Born in a small town in Wisconsin, Skibinski has been playing and booking her own gigs since she was a teenager. After moving to Los Angeles, her solo career merged with her dreams of being in a band and Only on Tuesdays emerged. She has since enlisted the talents of Martin Valencia on drums, Kevin Lambertucci on bass, and Tracy Lambertucci and Gabby Casanova on lead and rhythm guitars and background vocals. They have played at renowned Los Angeles venues such as The Roxy and The Viper Room, and are currently preparing for their first West Coast tour for this summer in support of their upcoming EP, Break Free.

Only On Tuesdays continue to earn a name for themselves with their beautiful and soothing acoustic pop, which listeners are falling in love with. "Break Free" is available on iTunes and streaming on YouTube now. Be sure to check them out at OnlyOnTuesdaysMusic.com!
