 FORT WAYNE, IN. (www.intimategroove.com) - Filming for the Reality TV pilot 'The Crowning – From Street to Studio' will take place on November 19th, 2004. Broadripple Nightclub, located at 4610 Parnell Ave. in Fort Wayne, will host the filming as well as a guest appearance by nationally acclaimed Hip-Hop producer DJ Nasty or Orlando, FL. DJ Nasty has produced tracks for such well-known Rap MC's as Ludacris, Disturbing the Peace Crew, Fat Joe, Cam'ron, Chingy, Shaq, Pitbull, and Bone Thugz N Harmony. As a member of Funkmaster Flex's Big Dawg Pitbull crew, DJ Nasty is hailed as the 'controller of central Florida's Hip-Hop scene' according to Ozone Magazine. Brought to Broadripple by Intimate Groove Entertainment, he will headline the event with a DJ performance immediately following 'The Crowning' filming. 'The Crowning – From Street to Studio' will feature the local Hip-Hop talent of Fort Wayne and surrounding cities. 12 local MC's will compete on stage for prizes as well as potential inclusion in future filmed MC competitions taking place across the country. Preliminary auditions for 'The Crowning' will take place at Broadripple Nightclub on November 15th and 16th from 6pm to 9pm prior to the filming scheduled for November 19th.
