NEW YORK (Top40 Charts/ www.theworderer.com) - "I Represent!!"is the new album from West Indian rapper "The Worderer". Primarily hip-hop with a distinctively West Indian flavour. Lyrically strong, philosophical and refreshingly honest.Unlike any style you've heard before.

Hailing originally from the tiny Caribbean island of Barbados, in the relatively big community of Pinelands in the parish of St.Michael, The Worderer christened Norman Pile recognized his talent for writing from as early as primary school which he continued to excel in and grew to love unwaveringly.
It was no surprise when he had an instant attraction to rap music in it's early stages with the likes of Grand Master Flash and Curtis Blow pioneering the artform.

However, it took until '87 before he would finally take the plunge and try his own penmanship at writing raps. Such was his love for the written word that just one year later this move resulted in the first rap album ever to be recorded in the Caribbean (If the archives at the islands lone University is anything to go by).
Entitled 'Reason with my Rhyme' in a duo group called DIKK (pr.D.K.K) The Worderer would be the first to admit that it was 'nothing but a labour of love' given that there was never a market for the artform in his homeland.

In '98,and many unlistened to demos later, he decided that it was time to cross the seas and as he calls it 'go swim in the waters where only sharks survive'and truly represent his talent at the highest level. Now on his second album since touching down on US soil this album undoubtably represents the remarkable journey of a man who, against all odds, has defied all cultural norms for the simple reason of pursuing what he loves to do.
This album is deep without sacrificing simplicity, refreshingly honest and strong and the hook in his 'sorry suckers' track could easily sum up where The Worderer's head is at.
