New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Singer/songwriter Ben Stevenson is set to release his debut solo EP Dirty Laundry on November 4th via Culvert Music. The Toronto based artist has previously worked in the production world alongside Boi-1da and Vinylz. Dirty Laundry has production by Happy Perez (Frank Ocean, Miguel) and features seven new tracks showcasing Ben's sultry and soulful sound.

"I say 'soul' when people ask what I do because it refers to something ultimate," Ben says of his musical style. Dirty Laundry encompasses this aesthetic, showcasing the broad horizons his music spans. The EP showcases Ben's smooth vocals and seductive production.
"I played in a punk band for 13 years growing up and after we quit I moved to Toronto and started making music on my own. While playing with a band here I caught the attention of a producer who worked with Boi-1da and we started writing to some of his beats. From there I started working on this solo project, writing and collaborating with some incredible producers," said Ben on his production background. "Recently I've formed a strong bond with Happy Perez, from Houston, who produced 3 of the 7 tracks on the EP and we're now working on a big new batch of songs. While this is a 'solo project' I don't think I'll ever be 100% solo in this music. I thrive on collaboration and the building of energy between musicians. It's just the way I learned playing in a band for all those years."
Ben will be playing in New York City at Duane Park this Friday October 10th and at the
