Flying Lotus Is Flying High With New Album Release!
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) LA's innovative DJ, Steven Ellison aka Flying Lotus is proving to be just what the music industry needs right now with the release of his latest EP "You're Dead".

Steven Ellison is an experimental multi-genre music producer, electronic musician and rapper from Los Angeles, California. Flying Lotus has released four studio albums - 1983 (2006), Los Angeles (2008), Cosmogramma (2010), and Until the Quiet Comes (2012) - to increasing critical acclaim. His fifth studio album, You're Dead!, is scheduled to be released in 2014. He has produced much of the bumper music on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim programming block. He also contributed remixes for fellow Plug Research artists including Mia Doi Todd. He is often referred to as FlyLo by fans and critics.

FlyLo announced on July 22, that his fifth studio album "You're Dead!" would be released in the UK on October 6, 2014, and in the US on October 7, 2014. The album features guest appearances by Kendrick Lamar, Snoop Dogg and Herbie Hancock. FlyLo says, "The album isn't about the end, it's really the beginning. It's a celebration of the next experience. It's the translation and the confusion. It's not 'Hey you're dead'. It's 'Hey you're dead!'"

This EP is a must hear for all music fans, but don't just take our word for it! Have a listen to his sneak peak trailer yourself and tell us here at DJ Central what YOU think!
