Slaine's New Album "King Of Everything Else" Cracks The Billboard Top 200
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Boston emcee Slaine's new album "The King of Everything Else" hit stores last week and has received been well received by critics and fans alike. The album cracked the Billboard Top 200 in the United States in its first week, entering the charts at #189, landing at #4 on the Heatseekers chart, and was the #15 rap album in the entire country. "The King of Everything Else" also broke into the charts in Canada landing at #77 in the Top 200, and was the #6 album on the Rap chart.

"I'm blown away with the support and fan response from the album so far, and I can't thank everyone enough for picking up my record the first week," said Slaine. "It is an uphill battle as an underground artist in today's landscape, as I'm not carried in every store across the country or covered by all the major outlets. My music and what I stand for turns a lot of people off in the mainstream, but knowing that I have fans that stand behind me regardless of radio spins, magazines or blogs, means the world to me."

Slaine celebrated the release of his new album by performing to a packed house at legendary Whisky A Go Go in Hollywood, CA this past weekend with Sick Jacken, Bishop Lamont and Demrick. Slaine played a mixture of tracks off the new album, before being joined on stage by B-Real from Cypress Hill, Danny Boy from House of Pain, Psycho Realm's Sick Jacken, and ILL BILL to close out his set. Slaine's new video for "Bobby Be Real" featuring Tech N9ne and Madchild can be seen online at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WMpbCO43Ug0.
