La Gozadera" today and announce their European tour with several shows in Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Switzerland, in June and July. They also confirm their participation at a festival in Ontario, Canada, and other shows in Colombia. Click here to see confirmed tour dates.
The videoclip for La Gozadera is a rhythmic version of dozens of videos the band's fans sent in online from around the world with their covers of this song. After the group invited their fans to do so, they received videos from a number of countries around the world, such as the Czech Republic, Sri Lanka, Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico and the United States, among others. The collage of images was turned into a dynamic and entertaining video that makes you want to watch it over and over again.
Said video has been edited by the Spaniard Iñigo Oleaga and delivers an aesthetic that is different from all other previous videos by this Colombian duet. "Palenke Soultribe are always looking for something different with their videos. I have seen their work, and some of their videos are narrative or very cinematographic. In this case, the focus was on their fans, the reality, that which is viral," stressed Oleaga. "I think this is a great quality of this band, to always be exploring new possibilities."

La Gozadera" is the last single of the album entitled MAR that has been released in 2013 and been very welcome by critics and fans alike. It has captured international interest for the band. "La Gozadera is a very Latin American expression that conveys happiness and good mood, almost always in connection with parties and dancing," explains Andrés "Popa" Erazo, one of the group's producers together with J. Borda.
Simultaneously to their video release, Palenke Soultribe is packing to get ready for their European tour that is starting in a few days. In addition to this tour, they will also perform in USA, Canada and Colombia. More dates to be announced soon.
