Adams will perform three songs at the 75th Anniversary Concert event and will be joined by a lineup that includes The
Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra, Paul Simon,
Juan Luis Guerra and Bernie Williams, as well as special appearances by Hall of Famers Rod Carew, Rollie Fingers, Carlton Fisk, Juan Marichal, Phil Niekro, Ozzie Smith and Dave Winfield.

Produced by LGH19 Productions, musicians, baseball stars and celebrities from film and television will all come together for the 75th Anniversary Concert event among the cornfields and rolling hills of pastoral Cooperstown, the symbolic home of baseball.
