Music Association announces the following nominees in each award category for the 10th Annual Christian Country
Music Association Awards Show to be held Thursday, November 4 beginning at 7 p.m. at the historic Ryman Auditorium. The Christian Country
Music Association, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary, is dedicated to bringing music lovers around the world music with a positive message.
'This year's award nominees are some of the most dynamic artists in the entire music industry today. They are perfect ambassadors of the Christian Country Music Association because their music personifies our strong messages of faith, family and country,' says Gene Higgins, President of the Christian Country Music Association. 'Not only are these artists outstanding musicians, songwriters and performers, but their bodies of work continue to lift the spirits of all who come in contact with it.'
The 10th Annual Christian Country Music Association Awards Show will be hosted this year by MCA recording artist Josh Turner and Lisa Ryan of the 700 Club who is making her fourth appearance as co-host. The awards show will be broadcast live on Great American Country (GAC) and will be shown in encore presentations on its syndicated affiliates. The Awards Show is the crowning moment of the Christian Country Convention, a four-day gathering featuring seminars, talent showcases, fun and fellowship.
