Pop-Punk Band We Were Kids Premiere New Song "Ankle Biter"
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Tragic Hero Records) Pop-Punk band We Were Kids just finished up their new EP Somewhere Back Home, which will be released via iTunes on May 19, 2014.
Today, the band stream their first single "Ankle Biter" here:

We Were Kids gives listeners a chance at a bit of self-reflection with the lead track "Ankle Biter." Vocalist Victor England wails "It's hard to admit, but let's just be honest. It's hard to look up when you've stopped forward progress."

Somewhere Back Home was recorded with Nick Diener (The Swellers, MXPX) and Mark Michalik (Into It, Over It, So Many Ways). "I think we really put together some solid music with this EP," says guitarist Justin Taylor. "It's definitely the direction we want to be going in." The group will be hitting the road this summer before returning to record their follow-up full-length album.
