Deejay Telio, born Telio Vitor Paz Monteiro on July 20, 1996, in Luanda, Angola, is a Portuguese-Angolan musician, producer, and composer known for his dynamic fusion of Afrobeat, hip-hop, and reggaeton. Relocating to Portugal at a young age, he began his musical journey in 2010 and gained recognition with his debut album Resto do Mundo at 18. Telio's music often addresses social issues like racism and class disparities, delivered through bilingual lyrics in Portuguese and English. His notable tracks include "Esfrega Esfrega," "Meu Ego," and "Happy Day," showcasing his ability to craft infectious hooks while tackling serious themes. Collaborations with artists like Deedz B and Bispo have further cemented his status in the Afrobeat genre. His 2020 album D'Ouro received acclaim for its blend of Kizomba and Afrobeat rhythms. Telio has performed at major Portuguese festivals, including MEO Sudoeste and Rock in Rio, and represented Portugal at the Mediterraneanvision Song Contest 7 in Monaco.

Wet Bed Gang is a Portuguese hip-hop collective from Vialonga, formed in 2014 by João "La Bella Mafia" Rossi and Pizzy. Following Rossi's untimely death, the group continued as a quartet comprising Gson (Gerson Costa), Zara G (Lizandro Silva), Kroa (Tomás David), and Zizzy Jr (Pedro Júnior). They gained national prominence with the 2016 release of "Não Tens Visto," leading to widespread acclaim on platforms like YouTube and Spotify. Their debut EP, Filhos do Rossi (2017), paid homage to their late co-founder. Subsequent releases like IV (2018) and their first full-length album Ngana Zambi (2021) showcased their versatility, blending rap, trap, and dancehall influences. The album Ngana Zambi set a record as the most-streamed Portuguese album in a week on Spotify. In 2023, they released Gorilleyez, featuring collaborations with artists like L7NNON. Wet Bed Gang has performed at major festivals, including MEO Sudoeste, and received nominations at the PLAY – Prémios da Música Portuguesa.
