Biography
Pashanim, born Can David Bayram on November 30, 2000, in Berlin, Germany, is a prominent German rapper, songwriter, and filmmaker of Turkish-Kurdish descent. Raised in the culturally diverse Kreuzberg district, he began rapping at the age of 12. In 2017, he co-founded the rap collective Playboysmafia alongside fellow artists Symba, Abuglitsch, and RB 030. His early works were shared on SoundCloud, marking the beginning of his musical journey.
Pashanim gained significant attention in early 2020 with the track "Shababs botten," which peaked at number 84 on the German charts and became popular on TikTok. His major commercial breakthrough came with the single "Airwaves," released in May 2020, reaching number two on the German charts and earning Platinum certification for over 400,000 sales.
In June 2021, he released "Sommergewitter," which became his first number-one hit in Germany and was certified Gold.
