Biography
Calboy is an American rapper out of South Chicago, Illinois. He rose to prominence after his single "Envy Me" took the internet by storm raking in millions of streams. His official YouTube channel, created in August 2013, has over 4.5 million views. Calboy was born on April 3, 1999 in Chicago, Illinois. He grew up in an area that witnessed a lot of robbing, killing, and drug dealing. To stay out of harm's way, he relocated to an area he refers to as the Cal. Growing up, Calboy suffered greatly from anxiety. Being diagnosed with the disorder, he took various steps to stay calm. In an interview, he stated that he took pills and smoke marijuana to control his anxiety. Drugs such as xanax were used to combat sleeping disorder.
From a young age, Calboy showcased a passion for music. In 6th grade, he and his brother began rapping. He attended high school and graduated in June 2017. All throughout HS, he polished his craft and showed no hint of slowing down. Though little information exists about his family, he seems to have a close relationship with them. He aspires to become financially stable; paying off his family debts and relocating them to desired location.
