Biography
Bert Verbeke ( Ghent , 1983 ) is a Belgian actor , singer and musician. His most famous role is that of Bram Schepers in Flemish television at home. Verbeke regency first studied music at the University of Ghent and subsequently performing arts (theater, musicals option) at the Brussels Conservatory, where he graduated in 2009.
Verbeke acted already include Black Comedy (Antwerp), FIELD (with Serve Hermans (NTGent,) Debbie Crommelinck and Generated Gents Volkstoneel (with Bob De Moor, Daan Hugaert and Mieke Bouve).
He was also featured in the musical in December 2011 Fiddler on the Roof as Fyedka.
From September 2012 he will be featured in the musical Ben X as a bully.
In addition to home , he played guest roles in Witse, City Zone and Fun Show (Ketnet). He also appeared in the short film "Daijobu" which includes Gene Bervoets and Louis Talpe.
He wrote the songs, sang and played guitar and piano at the Ghent group Nova Zembla. He was also a time guitarist for the band around Joni Sheila. Currently he is working on new musical projects.
Verbeke was 2013 winner of the contest in a program Stars for Life.
